Refund policy

RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted later than 60 days from the date of shipment. Returns are not accepted for custom work or for items that have been used, installed, or modified in any way. EFI Connection may, at its discretion, apply a 15% Restocking/Processing Fee on certain items. Returns must include the invoice or RMA number. Please contact EFI Connection to obtain an RMA number and return shipping address. Returns submitted without RMA number will be returned to the shipper at shipper’s expense. RMA numbers once provided must be referenced on the outside of any return shipment.

PRODUCT DEFECTS
EFI Connection will accept returns on products manufactured by EFI Connection if a defect in manufacture is uncovered within one (1) year of the date of purchase. EFI Connection shall, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refurbishment of such returned product.
